Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YNTGetOnlineWorks Team Investment section. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any investment. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Investment Terms:
– Any individual making an investment of less than 1.5 million Naira will receive a monthly return of 7% on their investment, as long as the financial market is operational.

-All individuals who make investment of $300, $350, $400, $450 and $500, the fund will be merged with 4 to 5 different individuals to make up a single investment and a weekly payout of $30 (note that this investment is temporary and lasts for 45days, and in a situation where it exceeds 45days, all the individuals will not be able to get a refund until after 7months).

– During periods when the financial market is on break, investments will be put on hold until the market resumes its operations.

– Investors making investments of less than 1.5 million Naira will not have the right to request a refund until after 6 months from the date of investment and refund will take 45 working days before it is processed. This is due to the pooling of small investments with larger ones for efficient management.

– Investments of 1.5 million Naira and above will be eligible to request a refund after 5 months from the date of investment. Refunds for such investments will be processed within 3 weeks.

1.1 Refund Policy:

At Getonlineworks, we understand the importance of transparency and trust in our relationship with our investors. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we offer a refund policy to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.

a. Money Back Guarantee: We offer a full money-back guarantee to all investors who request a refund. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our services or wish to withdraw your investment, you may request a full refund of your initial investment amount.

b. Refund Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 6 to 7 months from the date of the request. This timeframe allows us to ensure proper accounting and processing of your refund, as well as to accommodate any necessary trading activities. CLICK HERE TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND

c. Losses During Trading: In the unfortunate event of losses incurred during trading activities, investors will still have the option to request a refund. However, please note that refund requests for losses will  be processed within 7 to 8 months from the date of the request.

d. Additional Policies: a. Transparency: We are committed to providing transparent and accurate information about our investment strategies, performance, and risks associated with FX trading.

2. Market Conditions:
– YNTGetOnlineWorks Team Investment operates within the framework of the financial market. As such, market conditions may fluctuate, impacting investment returns.

– We strive to provide the best possible returns to our investors; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the inherent volatility of the financial market. As such, there is a risk involved.

3. Risk Disclosure:
– All investments carry inherent risks. While we employ various strategies to mitigate risks, investors should be aware that there is a possibility of loss. IMPORTANT NOTE: when any loss happens,  Any investor who requests a refund outside the agreed timeframe, we shall calculate all the funds sent to the investor and then balance the investor based on the investor’s fund. However, if loss happens and investor requests a refund during the stipulated time allowed for the request of refund, we shall give full money back with just deduction of investor’s 10%.

– Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investors should carefully consider their risk tolerance before making any investment decisions.

4. Account Security:
– Investors are responsible for maintaining the security of their investment accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and other sensitive information.

– YNTGetOnlineWorks Team Investment will not be held liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of investor accounts due to negligence on the part of the investor.

5. Communication:
– All official communication from YNTGetOnlineWorks Team Investment Platform will be sent through registered email addresses or posted on the platform’s dashboard.

– Investors are encouraged to regularly check their email and the platform for updates, announcements, and important information regarding their investments.

6. Dispute Resolution:
– In the event of any disputes or disagreements, investors agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable discussions with the platform’s support team.

– If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or mediation as per the laws governing our jurisdiction.

By using YNTGetOnlineWorks Team Investment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to periodic updates, and it is the responsibility of the investor to stay informed of any changes.
